Windy City Smokeout + Ramen-San Woobox Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS
SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older as of the date of entry (the
“Entrant”). Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state,
and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties,
and like amounts connected with the prizes.
How to play: Starting Friday, June 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT and ending Friday, June
26, 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT (the “Sweepstakes Window”), enter for a chance to win Two (2) Four-
Day General Admission tickets to Windy City Smokeout 2026 with a total Approximate Retail
Value ("ARV") of $599.98 ($299.99 per ticket) by visiting the official Woobox entry page located at
[https://woobox.com/zfhipc] during the Sweepstakes Window, completing and submitting the entry
form, and successfully enrolling in both the Ramen-San SMS Club and the Windy City Smokeout
SMS Club. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Window. Message and data
rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any
goods or services. Entrants may opt out of either SMS program at any time in accordance with
the applicable program terms. The selected winner must remain enrolled in both SMS programs
through winner verification in order to remain eligible to receive the prize. Sponsor reserves the
right to verify enrollment in both SMS programs prior to awarding the prize. Failure to satisfy any
entry requirement, including enrollment in both SMS programs during the Sweepstakes Window,
may result in disqualification. Use of the Windy City Smokeout tickets and attendance at the
event are subject to all applicable ticket terms, venue policies, and event rules. This Sweepstakes
is sponsored and promoted by Ramen-San (all locations) in conjunction with Windy City
Smokeout.

To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and
no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email
address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: Windy City Smokeout
+ Ramen-San Woobox Sweepstakes, 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 116, Chicago, IL 60640.
Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. All write-in entries
must be received by 5:00 PM CDT on June 23, 2026. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per
envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No
mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined
above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The
drawing will occur on or about July 1, 2026 following verification and processing of eligible
entries. Government issued identification may be required for prize pickup, if applicable.
Regardless of the entry method used to enter the Sweepstakes, there is a limit of one entry per
Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Window. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the
stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void
that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted
by anyone other than the Entrant are void. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant,
entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. Any potential
prize winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such person is the prize winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, age, identity, compliance with these Official Rules,
and satisfaction of all entry requirements before awarding any prize. Failure to maintain eligibility
through winner verification, including enrollment in both SMS programs as required by these
Official Rules, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, or any other device intended to
automate entry are prohibited and will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any
Entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to
undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
How to claim your prize: The Winner will be notified by email on or about July 1, 2026 at 11:00
AM CDT. The winner will be required to provide their full name, email address, and respond
within 24 hours to remain eligible. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result
in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor will have the option and not the obligation to award the
prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor may require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of
eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 prior to
the delivery of any prize (collectively, "Affidavit"), if applicable. Should winner use less than the
full prize, the value of the prize for tax purposes will not be reduced. If the prize winner does not
respond to the notification within 24 hours, is found to be ineligible, fails to provide adequate
information, or fails to execute the Affidavit or other documentation required by Sponsor and/or
the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may consider such prize winner to
have forfeited the prize, and another prize winner may be selected in the sole discretion of
Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries or
notices even if caused by human error on the part of Sponsor. A valid government issued photo
ID verifying the winner's age and identity may be required to claim the prize.
Sponsor will coordinate delivery of the festival wristbands to the winner by mail.
Total approximate retail value of the prize is $599.98. Please note, transportation, lodging,
food, beverages, parking, and all other costs not expressly included in the prize are the sole
responsibility of the winner.
General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives or refunds are
available. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor is not responsible for the cancellation,
postponement, modification, or rescheduling of Windy City Smokeout due to weather, acts of
God, public health concerns, governmental action, venue restrictions, or any other cause beyond
Sponsor's reasonable control. In the event Windy City Smokeout is cancelled, postponed, or
materially modified, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal
or greater value or otherwise modify or terminate the Sweepstakes as permitted by applicable
law. Prize does not include ground transportation. Except where prohibited by law, participation
in this promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name,
hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional
compensation. All entries become Sponsor’s property, if applicable, and will not be returned or
acknowledged.
The Windy City Smokeout tickets must be used in connection with the 2026 Windy City Smokeout
event and are subject to all applicable ticket terms, venue policies, and event rules. Any unused
portion of the prize will be forfeited and no cash substitute, refund, or credit will be provided.
All Employees of Smokeout Festivals LLC (“Sponsor”) and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises,
Inc., their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and
members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Odds of
winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and all Sponsor
decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize, Entrants/winners agree to release Sponsor
and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors,
officers, employees, and agents as stated herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses
or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use,
and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities and that

Sponsor may use Entrant’s name, likeness and submitted photograph (if applicable) for
advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, without further
notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winners acknowledge that neither
Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty,
representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
Instagram, Facebook, or Woobox. By participating, Entrants acknowledge that they are providing
information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Woobox.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, Entry will be deemed submitted by
the authorized account holder of the e-mail account of the e-mail address submitted at time of
Entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-
mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g.,
business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of
action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without
resort to any form of class action.  This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any
action or litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state
courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Entrant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of
and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum
with respect to such courts. Each Entrant agrees to service of process by mail or other method
acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR
AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH
ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. REGISTERED PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS
OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND
WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
